Q: What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Please make all checks and money orders payable to The Climbing Life Guides, and mail them to:

Q: Do I need to fill in an applicant form to climb?
Yes. We have a questionnaire that we would like you to fill out when you make your appointment with us. This information is extremely valuable to our guides as we create a plan for your visit to the park.

Q: What is included with my reservation?
All required technical equipment is included with your reservation. You will be responsible for bringing your own snacks and water. We can supply a backpack for you if needed.

Q: What should I bring with me?
Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions. We will do our best to keep you updated on the local forecast prior to your appointment. A camera, sunscreen, sunglasses, chapstick, shoes you can hike comfortably in for at least a quarter mile, and a hat are recommended equipment for your outing with us.

Q: What services do you offer?
We offer top rope climbing adventures, “up and over” formation adventures with lots of summits and rappels, rappelling adventures, Chasm of Doom tours, hiking tours, technical courses on lead climbing, anchor building, self-rescue and multi-pitch skills, and multi-pitch climbing adventures all in Joshua Tree National Park!

Q: How do I make a reservation?
You can book online at your convenience through our interactive menu on our website, or you can give us a call to discuss special larger group pricing and availability

Q: Where do we meet?
Unless you will be camping inside the park, we like to meet clients at the home office address: 61117 Navajo Tr, Joshua Tree, CA 92252

Q: What happens if the weather is terrible?
If there is active precipitation at the time of your appointment, we will issue you a refund or reschedule your appointment with us (your preference)

Please review the waiver/release form prior to your appointment. You will be required to sign the release form to participate in our activities. We do offer an electronic waiver form you may submit at the time of your reservation. Just check the box while checking out. This saves us paper and is preferred.
